CHORUS PROGRAMS in OPERA and ORATORIO!

The COSI Chorus programs in Opera and Oratorio are  for singers who enjoy performing as part of a chorus in an opera and/or oratorio, and who want to experience Italian culture while immersed in music. There are no auditions and there is no age limit; singers must apply, indicate their choir or chorus affiliation, and their music reading ability. The COSI Chorus is multi-generational.

The COSI Chorus program is filled with abundant performing opportunities and training with its superb faculty.  Italian language classes and music rehearsals with our artistic team will culminate in unforgettably meaningful experiences with superb repertoire, and exciting musical colleagues. Should you wish individual vocal training beyond the considerable instruction provided by Darryl Edwards and COSI faculty in rehearsal, it can be arranged at an additional cost. Also available are cooking demonstrations,  weekend day-trips to such locations as “The Eternal City ” of Rome, the ancient town of Scanno with its handcrafted jewellery shops, traditional dress and picturesque lake,  and the nearby sea-side city of Pescara. In addition to the program tuition COSI will also arrange for your accommodation (Please see the “COSTS” page).  If a single room is requested there is an additional fee, and specific  arrangements can be made through COSI to include spouses and partners on the traditional  European “per person” basis. Do you have questions? Please contact Katrina at cosi.program.manager@gmail.com
